If you are looking for one blazer, opt for Double Breasted Blazer in Black. Admit it, this style/color combination will never go out of style and can remain in your closet forever. Of course, it has to be in a good condition. I would suggest having a structured fit over oversized if you are looking for the one that does it all!

Invest in a good pair of denim, you can never go wrong styling it with! I love distressed denim which gives the look of a more relaxed style. Gone are the days to be obsessed over skinny jeans. Opt for a straight pair of denim which looks more flattering!

As much as I love my sneakers, I am obsessed with my heels! Since this is more of a casual look, heels does slightly elevates the whole look. (Obviously I don’t wear heels while taking a city tour). I always keep a pair of sneakers in my car, just in case if there is a change of a plan.

A mini crop top is a perfect match! I prefer a ribbed style but there are endless options to choose from. It might seem alarming at first glance, it’s actually comfortable to wear. The key is to pair it with a high waisted pants which balances the look perfectly.

And what is a better way to accessorize the look than a statement bag! Nothing quite finishes an outfit off like a statement bag. My favorite is the Re-Edition from PRADA. It is worth investing in.

Serrah Lycra Heels

Serrah is a square-toe trend mule, the perfect balance between dressy and casual. This block heeled design features minimal elasticised crossover straps with a hexagonal shaped heel. This has to be the most stylish block heel I have ever seen. I have the color in Black.

Baye Capretto Heels

Baye is perfect for those who love wearing heels but not high heels. Its more of a kitten heel structure and so chic! I paired it with a dress but it looks great with jeans as well. Barely there, minimal style has never been easier! Why wear high heel if you don’t have comfort in it? I have the color in Milk.

Fior Kid Heels

Fior is an elegant and versatile design showcasing slender crossover straps with a chic squared toe-shape. Pair it with a blazer and jeans or opt for a breezy dress and matching accessories for a statement look. I have the color in Placid which is blue and perfect for Summer!

When I think of fall I think of more earthy toned colors which really describes this look. This maxi dress has the prefect combination of  color and print that speaks fall. I love adding a blazer to a maxi dress, it really elevates the look and makes it look chic. For this specific look, I went with black blazer which compliments the color of the dress. Adding a belt to a blazer is what really makes it look more stylish. I found this velvet belt in Zara with a gemstone trim, which added a touch of earthy tones to the look. You can either pair it with any of your favorite belt (I would say go for bigger chunky ones) or a classic Gucci belt which never fails.

For summer I would definitely say open toe sandals, but in fall boots are my go to. I went with ankle boots but if it’s a bit colder, I would say Over-the-knee boots would make a perfect pair. I feel Chanel Vanity bag ($4600) would have been a perfect for this look but I don’t own them so, I went with this cute bag from Coach ($400 not expensive as Chanel).

I have realized that a good hairstyle can really elevate your look. I am really into long straight middle parted look which looks most flattering. I used Revlon One-Step Volumizer Hair Dryer to blow dry my hair and ghd black paltinum + 1-inch styler to further smooth out my hair. Always remember to use a heat protectant before you style your hair with any heat styling products. Right now I am loving IGK good behavior which can be used for both wet and dry hair. Finish off with your favorite hair oil and Voila!!

As mentioned earlier I will be wearing a glittery dress from H&M that is simple yet glam enough to be worn on the New Year’s Eve. I paired it with the DKNY tights and a classic pump from Forever21. You can obviously choose a sparkly heels but I wanted to highlight the dress and the makeup. Since its winter, I went on to add a fur coat from Express similar here and here to complete this whole look.

WHERE TO SHOP?

1. ZARA

If you guys have been following me on instagram, if not please do @ichhatastyle, I am a huge huge shopper at Zara #zarafan. I ordered a dress from Zara but the size didn’t work out so had to opt for the H&M instead (my size sold out). There are tons of options from Zara that you will love! (sorry couldn’t link down each dresses link #technicalissues but this link will land you to the sequins dresses sections)

2. NORDSTROM

If you guys don’t know I work at Nordstrom! And besides Zara, its my favorite place to shop not because I work here but simply because they have good stuffs. If you guys shop here, you know Nordstrom carries only expensive items and through so many expensive dresses I managed found out some that costs less than $70!

3. H&M

H&M is more on a affordable side than both of them mentioned above so, I thought why not include it! Sequins are more expensive but I was surprised to see how affordable they are!

CROP TOP

Who doesn’t love cute little crop top? It goes with every bottom pieces from shorts to jeans to skirts. You can also layer it with blazers or outerwear for chic style.

SHORTS

Don’t you love the ease of wearing a shorts. Whenever I am in a hurry or want some easy comfort styling I always end up wearing shorts. Just throw on a pair of sneaker and a casual t-shirt and you are good to go!

WHITE BUTTON-UP SHIRT

A white button-up shirt belongs in every woman’s closet. Especially in summer, it is the best time to pull out the white pieces from your closets. Pair a white button-up shirt with your favorite jeans or shorts and throw on your favorite pair of shoes.

CROPPED JEANS

Probably jeans is the only outfit that goes in every season. I love cropped jeans because I’m petite and they flatter my height the most. That doesn’t mean its only for petite people.  Cropped jeans can work for all heights and better show off your favorite summer shoes. I like to wear light color denim for a softer color look. You can choose whatever flatters you the most, from wide-leg cuts to skinny jeans.

DRESSES

You guys know I love dresses. Dresses are a must because of its light and airy structure which is perfect for summer. Dresses are also super comfortable, easy to wear and easy to pack. You can also get the dress which can work for both the office and after work. Transitional dressing gets your work much easier.

JUMPSUIT

Jumpsuit is one of the most comfortable pieces of clothing to wear and the most transitional. You can wear a jumpsuit from anywhere to brunch to a date night. Jumpsuits also come in a variety of styles and fabrics, so you have lots of options to choose from.

BATHING SUIT

Bikini is still here but now one-piece bathing suit is more popular than a traditional bikini. Not only its flattering for all body types, its also perfect for lounging at the pool or spending a day at the beach.

BODYSUITS

Bodysuit is the easier version of tugging in the shirt. You don’t have to worry about any material bunching up. Whether you sit or move around it makes everything so much easier.

SUNGLASSES

I guess everyone has never ending love for sunglasses. Of course, the sunnier days requires you to reach for it more but it is the staple in every season. Choose some fun colors or bigger frames to try this summer.

SLIDES

Looking for the perfect pair for sunny days? Go for slides, the right pair can complete any outfit, and very comfortable. I prefer wearing more neutral and bright colors to mix and match with all of my other summer pieces.

STRAW BAG

I don’t know how it started but there’s a lot of straw bag going in the market. And trust me its one of the best investment you make make on this summer. From straw bucket bags to totes and satchels, they go with every outfit you can think of.
