COVID-19: STAY AT HOME

With the emerging and infectious coronavirus spreading around the world, I know it has been a really hard time for all of us. COVID-19 was not expected! The best thing we can do to minimize this disease is either social distancing or self quarantined. It can be hard to stay at home especially when you are so used to doing your work but its necessary. Here are some of the activities you can do while staying at home.

EXERCISE

“I am so tired” “I had a long day at work” “My body aches from last exercise I did” “I will start working out from tomorrow”. How many times do we often make these type of excuses when we have to exercise. Yes, I also have but not anymore! I’ve been trying to stay active while I’ve been at home. I find that starting a day with an exercise makes a more powerful impact for the rest of the day. I use Sweat app for my workouts.

QUALITY TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY

We often don’t get to spend quality time with our family. Well, this is the time where you can stay at home and spend quality time with your loved ones. You won’t have this opportunity once you get back to your normal work life.

CLEAN YOUR CABINET

Its time to clean your cabinet that you wanted to clean for the longest time. You might find your clothes that you had misplaced or declutter the ones that you no longer use.

DO WHAT INTEREST YOU

Make this time to do whatever it is that makes you feel good. Each one of us has different hobbies/interest/passion. For myself, I love doing makeup and writing blogs. During my work schedule, I don’t have enough time to make a time for my interests. During this period, I have been trying to get back to writing blogs and play with some makeup.

Also remember, this is not a vacation! It is so necessary to stay at home and not step out of your home. The longer you resist going out, the faster you will be free from “COVID-19”.
